Who can sign up as a vendor?
Black-owned businesses offering food, products, or services are eligible to apply. Vendors must fall under either the Food Vendor or Non-Food Vendor category.
Are food vendors required to have permits?
Yes. Food vendors must comply with all local health regulations and provide required permits or licenses prior to the event.
Are tables, chairs, or electricity provided?
Basic booth space is provided. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own display materials. Electricity availability will be confirmed closer to the event.
Can I share a booth with another business?
Booth sharing is not permitted unless prior approval is granted by the event team.
How do I know my vendor spot is secured?
Your spot is secured once registration and payment are completed. You will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
